- We manufacture modems, and we are able to get the same connect rates with ISA, External,
- and PCMCIA. So I don't think it is the size. Our connect rates seem to depend on the
- phone lines and the chip set, not the architecture. The best cellular connection we have
- seen is 14.4. I haven't seen any better than that.
